• To value your property and contact you about selling it.
• To answer your questions.
• If you decide to sell with us, to market the property and manage the sale.

Legal basis

Your consent when you send a form, and the steps needed before and during a contract when you ask us to sell your property.

Who we share it with

Property details and photos are published on portals and shared with partner agencies only after you agree to sell with us. Your personal contact details are not published. We use service providers for email and website hosting, who process data on our behalf under contract.

How long we keep it

While we are in contact about your property and, after that, for the periods required by law. Enquiries that do not lead to a sale are deleted after a maximum of two years.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to take it elsewhere, by writing to info@polkainvest.com. You can withdraw consent at any time. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
